A practical buying test
Use a small set of documents you are authorized to share: a current permit, an amendment, an expired document and a permit with attachments. Ask:
- Can the intended driver find the right version on a phone?
- Can access be removed when a driver or vehicle changes?
- What is available with no signal, and when was it last synchronized?
- Are uncertain or missing fields visible?
- Can your records be exported if you leave?
- What will the complete monthly bill include?
Do not upload customer or employee records into a trial until your company has approved that use. A vendor demonstration with synthetic examples can establish the workflow first.
